Privacy notice
Last updated: October 27, 2026
The only way this site collects anything about you is the contact form. Here is what happens to what you send.
The short version
- We only collect what you send us through the contact form or by email.
- We use it to reply to you and to talk about your project. Nothing else.
- We never sell or rent it, and we never use it for advertising.
- You can ask us to see, correct or delete it at any time.
Who we are
Mark AI Studios is a design studio in Toronto, Canada. When this notice says “we” or “us”, that’s who we mean. It covers markaistudios.com and the messages you send us.
What we collect
- What you type into the contact form: your name, email address, city, country, the service you’re interested in and your message.
- The IP address your message was sent from. It comes with every form message so we can spot spam and abuse.
- Anything you send us by email, including attachments.
- Basic visit logs. Our host records things like IP address, browser and the pages requested, to keep the site running and secure.
We don’t use analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels, and we never ask for payment details here. The site only remembers, for the length of your visit, that you’ve already seen the opening animation. That stays in your browser and isn’t sent to us.
How we use it
- To read your message and reply to it.
- To talk through your project and send you a quote if you ask for one.
- To keep the form free of spam and automated abuse.
We won’t add you to a mailing list or use your details for anything else without asking you first.
Who helps us
- Loops (loops.so) delivers each form message to our inbox and sends you a short note to say it arrived. It handles the details you entered and keeps a record of the messages it sends.
- Cloudflare hosts this site and runs the form. It checks that your email address’s domain exists, protects the form from bots, and may keep your IP address for up to an hour to stop repeated submissions.
- Google Workspace runs our email, so form messages and anything you email us are stored there.
These companies only use your information to provide their service to us. They may store and process it in the United States or other countries, where it’s subject to local law. We only share your information with anyone else if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your message for as long as we need it to reply and follow up on your enquiry. If we end up working together, we keep project correspondence for as long as the project and our records need it. Ask us to delete your messages and we will, unless the law requires us to keep them.
Your choices
It’s your information. You can ask to see what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, or withdraw your consent to us using it. Email [email protected] and we’ll answer within 30 days, free of charge.
If you’re not happy with how we handled a request, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.
Keeping it safe
The whole site runs over encrypted connections (HTTPS), only the people who answer enquiries can read form messages, and the services we use protect what they hold.
Changes
If we change this notice, we’ll update the date at the top. We won’t start using your details in a new way without asking you first.
